<p>The invention relates to a medial intervertebral cage (1) comprising a means for attaching (15) to a cage holder, and first and second side walls (2, 3) arranged on either side of at least one bone graft cavity (4), said side walls (2, 3) being designed so as to form a contact surface fitted to two intervertebral cages (5, 6) when same are arranged on either side of said medial intervertebral cage (1).
