PURPOSE: A method for generating alarms with respect to the high beam of a vehicle is provided to easily inform the state of the high beam to a driver and other drivers by simultaneously illuminating the high beam with emergency light. CONSTITUTION: The high beam and the emergency light of a vehicle are connected. When the high beam of the vehicle is turned on, the emergency light of the vehicle is simultaneously turned on. A driver detects the state of the high beam, based on the flicker of the emergency light. The emergency light is separately used without the use of the high beam.
