SUPERPLASTIC FORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A superplastic forming device is provided to enable the separation of molded products from a forming jig without causing damage since a forming jig and a core cylinder are installed to be separable. CONSTITUTION: A superplastic forming device comprises an upper pressure plate(10), a core cylinder(20), and a forming jig(30). The upper pressure plate comprises a pressure gas injecting path(11). The core cylinder is coupled with the lower part of the upper pressure plate. The core cylinder fixes a forming base material(1). The forming jig comprises a protection gas injecting path(31). The forming jig is placed inside the core cylinder. Multiple tool units are coupled so the forming jig is formed.
