<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for business consultation and management that has high operability and can smoothly perform operations related to the development or to the intellectual property right. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for business consultation and management includes at least one client and a server. The client has an operation means for inputting and operating a business theme, a business schedule, a business consultation, and the result of the consultation, and a display means for displaying at least one of screens, including a business theme display screen, a business data display screen, a business schedule display screen, and a business consultation display screen. The server has storage means for storing a plurality of business themes, business data corresponding to each of the business themes, the business schedule, and the business consultation, and a control means for generating an image to be displayed on the display means by processing database stored in the storage means based on an operation inputted from the operation means.
