PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set operation information in a device of a base station in a communication system. SOLUTION: The communication system 1 includes a first device 2 having identification information A5 of a first base station, a second device 3 having operation information B6 of a second base station corresponding to the first base station, and a third device 4 having information 8 unique to the second device. The second device 3 has a correspondence relation 7 between the identification information A of the first device and the operation information B of the second device. The third device 4 acquires the identification information A5 of the first base station from the first device 2. The third device 4 acquires the operation information B6 of the second base station corresponding to identification information A9 of the first base station from the second device 3 on the basis of information 8 inherent to the second device.
