PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with an operation display, along with an air dryer, capable of achieving good visibility from an upper inclined direction, ensuring a superior structure strength, and improving a structural protective effect. SOLUTION: The device with the operation display includes a casing body 11 on which a recess 15 formed by cutting a corner composed of a front surface 12, a ceiling surface 13 and a side surface 14 of a casing 10 are disposed and a corner member 20 for closing the recess 15. The corner member 20 includes an slope 21 which is formed inclined to the front surface 12 and on which at least an operation unit or a display is disposed, a side frame 22 disposed along a side 21a of the slope 21, a triangle side surface 23 which is disposed in the form of a triangle so that the recess 15 is closed in the middle of a width direction of the casing 10 by allowing the other side 21b of the slope 21 to be a base, a ceiling frame 24 disposed in the shape of L along an upper side of the slope 21 and triangle side surface 23, and a front frame 25 disposed in the shape of L along a front side of the slope 21 and triangle side surface 23.
