PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device in which a fixed lens can be assembled simply and accurately. SOLUTION: A front fixed cylinder 16 is coaxially connected to a rear fixed cylinder 18 with the rear end part thereof fitted to a second fitting part 48 formed on the inner peripheral part of the tip of the rear fixed cylinder 18. A lens holding frame F3 of a third lens L3 is housed and disposed in the second fitting part 48, and an energizing ring 122 is overlaid thereon. When the front fixed cylinder 16 is connected to the rear fixed cylinder 18, a pressing part 120 formed at the rear end part 16 of the fixed cylinder 16 presses a spring piece 126 of the energizing ring 122. As a result, the lens holding frame F3 of the third lens L3 is pushed by the energizing ring 122, pressed to the bottom face of the second fitting part 48 and fixed in a predetermined position.
