PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat clip hardly to be damaged, while the floor mat clip has a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The floor mat clip 1 with the simple constitution can be provided since the floor mat clip 1 includes a base part 3 for integrally connecting an engagement part 2 to be inserted into an engagement hole 62 of a floor mat 60 and a mounting part 4 to be mounted in a mounting hole 85 of a vehicle body vertical wall part 81. The base part 3 has a first base part 31 having the engagement part 2 and arranged on a carpet 70, a mounting plate part 33 having a surface substantially parallel to the vehicle body vertical wall part 81 and provided with the mounting part 4, and a second base part 32 for integrally connecting the first base part 31 and the mounting plate part 33 and curved toward a vehicle body floor surface 83. The second base part 32 is made flexible by the whole curve to disperse and receive load. As a result, the floor mat clip 1 hardly to be damaged with the simple constitution can be provided.
