PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveying device consistently individualizing a plurality of matrix-shaped electronic components affixed to a sheet into individual electronic components, and conveying them. SOLUTION: The electronic component conveying device 1 is equipped with: a first conveying means for conveying matrix-shaped LED chips 2a; a separating plate 20 for separating a UV sheet 6; a first separating plate 30 for separating the matrix-shaped LED chips 2a into a plurality of in-line LED chips 2b; a second conveying means 40 for conveying the in-line LED chips 2b; and a second separating plate for separating the in-line LED chips 2b into individual LED chips 2. The first separating plate 30 has a first inclined face 30a inclined in the conveying direction of the matrix-shaped LED chips 2a, and the matrix-shaped LED chips 2a slide on the first inclined face 30a for each train arrayed in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction, and move onto the second conveying means 40.
