The air nozzle (10) comprises a flap which is pivoted in an air supply for throttling the air flow. Multiple lamellae (16) are provided for directing the exhaust air, where an actuation element (14) is arranged in active connection with the lamellae by a mechanical coupling. The actuating element transfers the flap from an output position to an open position. An independent claim is also included for an aerator for a motor vehicle.
