PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rectifying hole from being worn and closed by dusts by allowing the dusts not to be sucked from a rectifying hole, and also the corrosion of an outer cylinder. SOLUTION: A liquid and a gas are mixed in a nozzle head 20 and the mixed two fluids are sprayed from a spray opening 45 of a tip nozzle part 40 connected to the tip part of the nozzle head 20 and outside air is sucked from a sucking port 46 arranged around the spray opening 45 to prevent the diffusion of the two fluids. The tip nozzle part 40 is covered with the outside cylinder 3 and waste gas after removing the dust with a filter is introduced into a space between the tip nozzle part 40 and the outside cylinder 3.
