PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus promptly sensed by a user of a mobile electronic apparatus on a reception side when e-mail has been transmitted, and to provide an information communication system. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 includes: a communication part 51 capable of transmitting/receiving e-mail by performing radio communication; an annunciation part capable of annunciating various settings of a manner mode function; and a control part 57 for controlling the annunciation part in response to the result of the radio communication.
