PURPOSE: A lower hinge assembly for a door is provided to easily and rapidly perform a door mounting work by moving a fixing member along a slot. CONSTITUTION: A lower hinge assembly for a door comprises a fixing member(10), a height adjusting member(20), and a rotating member(30). The fixing member is coupled to a door frame(F). The height adjusting member is coupled to the fixing member through male and female screws. The rotating member is inserted into the top of the height adjusting member and is rotated. A boss unit(11) with spiral lines(11a) is formed in the center of the fixing member. A coupling hole(11b), in which a fastening bolt(B1) is coupled, is formed on the side surface of the boss unit. Flange units(12) are formed in both sides of the fixing member. Fastening holes for fastening anchor bolts(B) to the door frame are formed in the flange units. |
