PURPOSE: A wire for orthodontics and a tooth correction tool using the same are provided to prevent front teeth from inclining in one direction. CONSTITUTION: A wire for orthodontics comprises: a front teeth unit(10) in which twist is formed in a part corresponding to front teeth; and a side tooth unit(12) expanded from both ends of the front teeth unit. The front teeth unit forms a part corresponding to four front teeth in wire for orthodontics. The front teeth unit has the length as a part corresponding to four front teeth.
