PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made container which is excellent in such functions as barrier properties, water resistance and retort resistance, and hardly generates poor sealing such as leakage of sealing when it is heat-sealed with a lid material. SOLUTION: The paper-made container is characterized in that an inner face resin film and an outer face resin film are respectively laminated on an inner face and an outer face of the paper box, the inner face resin film and the outer face resin film are stuck at an opening hole part provided on the paper box, and are stuck together at the peripheral edge parts so as to cover the paper box. A method for manufacturing the paper-made container is characterized in that by using the paper box provided with the opening hole part on its bottom part, the inner resin film and the outer face resin film are laminated and molded on the paper box by a vacuum molding method or/and a pressure molding method.
