<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly reduce interference that a microcell base station gives to a wireless terminal connected to a macrocell base station. <P>SOLUTION: When allocating a resource block to the wireless terminal 200 connected to the macrocell base station 100, the macrocell base station 100 transmits band use limit information indicating the use limit of a frequency band corresponding to the resource block to the microcell base station 300.
