PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining concrete wall placed on a lining concrete wall placing form 2 in a tunnel 1, which simplifies the structure of a device having a joint material 4 for inducing concrete-crack to a desired position and which facilitates storing and releasing the joint material 4 from the lining concrete wall placing form 2. SOLUTION: One set of concrete-crack inducing joint materials 4 mutually arranged entirely in the circumferential direction R of the tunnel 1 on the lining concrete wall placing form 2 arranged in the tunnel 1, and both mutually adjacent joint materials 4 are connected with each other with an axis supporting part 5 rotatably centering around the axis in the longitudinal direction X of the tunnel 1. One set of joint material 4 can either be in a stored state wherein the joint material is inserted into the placing chamber 9 in the lining concrete wall placing form 2 through an opening 3 or in a removed state Q wherein the joint material is removed outside the opening 3 from the placing chamber 9.
