<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a new substrate from an old substrate based on data in a memory and take over the data. <P>SOLUTION: A device includes a control substrate 10a (10b) having: a memory means 1 capable of reading and writing data; a connection means 4 making a connection when exchanging data with an outside; a communication means 3 exchanging the data with the outside via the connection means 4; and a control means 2 connected to the memory means 1 and the communication means 3, for controlling an operation of the device based on the data stored in the memory means 1 and writing operating information of the device on the memory means 1, wherein, upon connection of the two different control substrates 10a, 10b, the control means 2 discriminates both control substrates 10a, 10b as to being new or old based on information for determining a mechanical life among the operating information of the device stored at a predetermined address in the memory means 1 of both control substrates 10a, 10b, and shifts the data in the memory means 1 from the old substrate to the new substrate, thereby the data in the memory means 1 can be taken over without preparation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
