PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a rubber in a manner to be unable to slip even if the rubber is made to approach the turning fulcrum of a backrest, and at the same time, to ensure a high elastic force while being a compact rubber in a chair for which the rubber is used as an elastic means to rocking. SOLUTION: The chair has the rubber 40 as the elastic means which imparts a resistance to rocking. The rubber 40 is pressurized by a main pressing member 38. The main rubber 40 is fitted in a receiving member 41, and a main recess section 42 which holds the rubber 40 in a manner to be unable to slip is formed in the receiving member 41. The load of rocking is added by a rocking member 18 through the main pressing member 38, and also, the rubber 40 is arranged to be close to a first shaft 19 which is the turning fulcrum of the rocking member 18. Even when the rubber 40 is arranged to be close to the first shaft 19, the rubber 40 is not pushed backward, and the position is accurately kept. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
