PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag which properly protects an occupant head by suppressing reaction force when the occupant head interferes with the airbag which has finished inflating. SOLUTION: An occupant protective airbag has a recessed part on a surfacing facing an occupant, and is structured with a body and two or more cylindrical portions communicated with the body at one ends. The other ends of the cylindrical portions are each connected to the body. In the other embodiment, an occupant protective airbag has a recessed part on a surfacing facing an occupant, and is structured with a body and three or more cylindrical portions communicated with the body at one ends.
