<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely specify the position of a pixel for receiving light incident on the center of a microlens through an imaging optical system so as to improve the precision of image composition, focus detection and focus adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: a microlens array composed of a plurality of microlenses; a light receiving element array composed of a plurality of light receiving elements for receiving a luminous flux from an optical system through the microlens array and outputting a light receiving signal; an image generating means for generating a first image including an image corresponding to the contour of the plurality of microlenses on the basis of the light receiving signal obtained by the plurality of light receiving elements; and an operating means for calculating the position of an image coincident with a second image corresponding to the contour of the microlenses in the first image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
