<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the matching level of a text lookup segment with a plurality of source texts in a translation memory, concerning a context. <P>SOLUTION: All exact matches concerning lookup segments in a plurality of source texts are determined, and when at least one exact match is determined, and when the context of the lookup segments matches the context of each exact match, it is determined that each exact match is the in-context exact match of the lookup segments. The necessary degree of context matching can be determined in advance, and a priority order can be made as a result. The in-context exact match includes a method and system for storing a pair of contents being translated in a source text and a target text into a translation memory including a context, and a program product, and the translation memory formed in this way.
