PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder having a multistage-shaped stacker having a structure for preventing deflection in the ejecting direction of a recording medium. SOLUTION: The structure for regulating a position in the vertical direction is arranged even in a central part in the orthogonal direction to the ejecting direction of the recording medium of stacker constituting members 201, 202, 203 and 204 for constituting the stacker 200. A stacker constituting member 210 extracted in the ejecting direction of the recording medium, can suitably prevent deflection in the downward direction, and can suitably prevent the stacker 200 from deflecting in the ejecting direction of the recording medium, by regulating a position in the vertical direction of the central part of the stacker constituting member 210 in the orthogonal direction to the ejecting direction of the recording medium.
