PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain flat frequency characteristics by decreasing variations in sound pressure level of a piezoelectric sound generating device in a low frequency band. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric sound generating device includes: a vibrating membrane composed of resin; a supporter that supports an outer peripheral part of the vibrating membrane; and a center unit that is connected with a center part of the vibrating membrane separated from the supporter and where a piezoelectric element and reinforced membrane are laminated.
