PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of transmitting and receiving identification information, battery information, memory information, photographing setting information, and photographing start time information among a plurality of video cameras, and performing cooperative photographing among the plurality of video cameras according to a battery remaining capacity and a memory remaining capacity. SOLUTION: The image processor includes a device information transmitter, a device information receiver, a photographing possible time calculator, a specifier, a photographing start time information generator, a photographing information transmitter, a photographing setter, and a photographing starter. The device information transmitter transmits identification information, battery information, and memory information. The device information receiver receives the identification information, battery information, and memory information. The photographing possible time calculator calculates a photographing possible time from the battery information and memory information. The specifier specifies the identification information of a video camera having the longest photographing possible time. The photographing start time information generator generates photographing start time information from a battery remaining capacity and a memory remaining capacity. The photographing information transmitter transmits photographing setting information and photographing start time information to a video camera having the predetermined identification information. The photographing setter makes photographing setting based on the photographing setting information. The photographing starter starts photographing based on the photographing start time information.
