<p>Provided is an endoscope system comprising: an endoscope which acquires a direct view image and a side view image of an object to be observed; a detection unit which acquires a predetermined detection result on the basis of a predetermined output signal or predetermined output information; and an image processing unit which performs processing for generating an observation image provided with the direct view image and the side view image within the same screen, enlarging and displaying either one of the direct view image or the side view image in a display unit on the basis of the predetermined detection result, and changing the display form of the other view image in the display unit.</p> |
