PURPOSE: A heating plate and manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an oxide film formed by a PEO(Plasma Electronic Oxidation) method, thereby increasing the bonding strength between a metal plate and the oxide film. CONSTITUTION: A heating plate includes a metal plate(10) and a heating object(40). The metal plate is made of an aluminum alloy. The heating object is placed on the metal plate. A method for manufacturing a heating plate comprises the following steps. A metal plate is manufactured. An oxide film(20) is formed on the metal plate by a PEO method. The heating object is placed on the metal plate on which the oxide film is formed.
