<p>A low-rank coal upgrading method of gaseous carrier and internal heating type includes the following steps: 1) the crushed and sieved raw coal is added onto a rotating furnace grate (5) arranged at the bottom of a reactor (2) through a raw coal feeding elephant trunk (1); 2) oxygen-starved heating gas enters the reactor (2) through a heating gas inlet (4) arranged at the bottom thereof to directly transfer heat to the raw coal through the holes on the rotating furnace grate (5) for drying or pyrolysis reaction; and 3) after a certain period of reaction time, with the rotation of the rotating furnace grate (5), the processed raw coal is pushed to a discharge outlet (8) by a plow-type mechanical stirrer(6) arranged above the rotating furnace grate(5), and the hot tail gas is discharged out of an exhaust outlet(7). In the process, oxygen-starved circulating gas is used as a heat source for low-rank coal distillation and directly exchanges heat with the solid low-rank coal, which ensures a high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption ratio. In addition, the process has low requirement for the particle size of the low-rank coal ready for process and has a wide application range, can effectively reduce the content of the dust in the tail gas and facilitate the transportation of the final product.</p> |
