PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be applied to various applications by forming a touch screen panel together with a display panel. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof, a display unit(AA) including sub pixels is formed on a substrate(110). A multi protective film(140) including Inorganic layers(140a,140c,140e,140g) and organic layers(140b,140d,140f) on a display unit. A touch screen panel including the polymer layer is formed on the multi protective film. The polymer layer is interposed between two conductive layers(151,155). A protective layer is formed in the touch screen panel. |
