PURPOSE: An electric fan is provided to ensure the maximum waterproof effect with the casing and the impeller located at top and bottom. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan comprises an electric motor(1), an impeller(3), and a casing(5). The electric motor includes a stator(7) with a stator side magnetic pole and a rotor(11) with a rotor side magnetic pole(33) which rotates around a rotary shaft outside the stator. The impeller includes an impeller body(35) fixed with respect to the rotor and a blade(37) fixed to the impeller body, and the impeller is arranged outside the rotor. The casing includes a bearing holder(43) for fixing a bearing supporting the rotary shaft and a base(45). |
