PURPOSE: A managing apparatus of a mobile terminal based on a service group, system thereof, and method thereof are provided to manage session information of a mobile terminal user from one session management server within a wireless internet service group. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) receives a connection request about a wireless Internet service from a first mobile communication terminal. An analysis unit(220) analyzes the use circumstance of a wireless internet service. The analysis unit determines mobile communication terminal users within a wireless Internet service group. A server management unit(230) changes a session management server, which is arbitrarily allocated to the first mobile communication terminal, into the session management server which is allocated to the mobile communication terminal user.
