<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pet food which can effectively prevent adhesion of dental plaque and bad breath. <P>SOLUTION: The pet food is produced by addition of pet food grains 1, 10 which contain an organic acid and/or powdery chlorella, is formed so as to have a plurality of projecting parts 2, 12 arranged to be adjacent to one another, and have grooves 3, 13 formed between the projecting parts 2, 12. The projecting parts 2, 12 and the grooves 3, 13 polish teeth and also the organic acid and/or the powdery chlorella effectively prevent(s) adhesion of dental plaque and bad breath so as to exert excellent toothbrushing effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
