PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when using a wireless operation panel, in environment wherein a plurality of image processing apparatuses exist.

SOLUTION: A CPU 3101 of the operation panel 3000 allowing wireless notification with an image processing apparatus body 1000 makes an SRAM 3109 hold a setting value set on the operation panel 3000, and decides a wireless communication state with the image processing apparatus body 1000. When it is decided that wireless communication with the image processing apparatus body 1000 is started, the setting value held in the SRAM 3109 is transmitted to be reflected in the image processing apparatus body 1000.
