<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for storing an electronic device by preventing shock applied to stored electronic device (personal computer). <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device-accommodating bag includes: a pair of side face portions; a back face portion for openably connecting one ends of both side face portions; and a fastener portion attached to peripheries of both side face portions excluding the back face portion. A shock-absorbing portion is formed around the entire outer peripheral edge portion of the side face portions. The shock-absorbing portion is formed of a synthetic resin and is formed so as to be hollow around the entire outer peripheral edge portion of the side face portions.
