<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil leakage from a shaft sealing device, enhance environmental friendliness, improve reliability and secure safety by overcoming the following problems: in an oil pump used for a fuel oil supply system for a ship, temperature is raised and pressure is increased, thereby causing many problems in the shaft sealing device for the seal portion of the main driving axle of the oil pump. <P>SOLUTION: In this oil pump, magnet coupling is employed for a connection between the main driving axle of a pump body and the output shaft of an electric motor, thereby transmitting power of the electric motor to the main driving axle of the pump without the oil leakage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
