<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel minimum route and a cost calculation method capable of calculating a route in which a fuel consumption becomes minimum. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel minimum route and the cost calculation method include steps for: forming a traveling speed profile by predicting a change of the traveling speed; and forming the fuel minimum route and the cost by applying a fuel consumption modeling method utilizing the traveling speed profile and traffic information or the like. The fuel consumption modeling method includes a fuel consumption factor and a fuel consumption condition, and the fuel consumption factor is determined in consideration of a road, traffic, a traveling characteristic, free traveling, a signal lamp, a toll gate, an ascending/descending slope, an unpaved road or the like, and the fuel consumption condition is determined in consideration of constant speed, acceleration, deceleration, stop, slip on an unpaved road, altitude change, gear position change or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
