PURPOSE: A carbon black dispersion composition is provided to ensure excellent storage stability/clearness since re-coagulation of carbon black is not created, and compatibility with various binders. CONSTITUTION: A carbon black dispersion composition includes: carbon black having a first particle diameter of 5~20 nm and a second particle diameter of 20~180 nm; a solvent including a hydroxyl(-OH) group; and a urethane-based dispersing agent having an amine value of 1~25 mg KOH/g. Based on the sum weight of carbon black and solvent, the carbon black is included in the amount of 0.1~30 weight% and the solvent is included in the amount of 70~99.9 weight%.
