PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film, manufacturing method thereof, and display device including the same are provided to supply an anisotropic conductive film which a conductive ball is uniformly distributed. CONSTITUTION: A first thin film layer(310) forms a concave part. A conduction ball(320) is located in the concave part. An insulation ball(330) having a diameter which is smaller than the conduction ball while being included between the conduction balls. A second thin film layer(340) covers the insulation ball.
