<p>A pump driving circuit equipment with low power consumption is provided. The equipment includes a laser refrigerating chip (11), a PMOS transistor (12), an NMOS transistor (13), an LC filter circuit (14), a laser (15) and a voltage sampling circuit (16). The pulse width modulation signal emitted from the laser refrigerating chip (11) connects to the grid electrode of the PMOS transistor by the control port of the PMOS transistor; the source electrode of the PMOS transistor connects to a power supply; the drain electrode of the PMOS transistor connects to one end of the LC filter circuit; the other end of the LC filter circuit connects to the anode of the laser; the cathode of the laser connects to the drain electrode of the NMOS transistor; the source electrode of the NMOS transistor is grounded; one end of the voltage sampling circuit connects to the laser; the other end connects to the laser refrigerating chip. The equipment provided in the present invention only has two states: saturating conduction and cut-off In the state of saturating conduction, power consumption produced on the PMOS transistor and the NMOS transistor can be ignored, and the LC filter circuit provides direct current signal to the laser for driving, which ensures almost no power wastes on the whole series link, thereby achieving low power consumption.</p> |
