<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning apparatus using a small boat, which can clean polluted water in rivers or the like and allows automated navigation and wireless control. <P>SOLUTION: In a first water cleaning apparatus A<SB>1</SB>, a Roots blower 3 is operated to supply air sucked from outside to an air diffusion pipe unit 45 so that a large amount of fine bubbles are released into the water.
