The method involves providing an operation plan with a plan data that contains models of implants and/or tools used for intervention. Actual intervention data corresponding to the plan data is automatically or semi-automatically detected by a calculating unit (22) during execution of the intervention. The actual intervention data is compared with the plan data by image recording of the models and an image data (9) of real implants (6) and/or tools. A medical measure connected with deviation is released by the calculating unit when the actual intervention data is deviated from the plan data.
