PURPOSE: A location information transmitting method using a location based service is provided to transmit the location information of a originator to a receiver as an video image, SMS, or MMS image in real time or non real time through interlinking with a LBS(Location Based Service) system. CONSTITUTION: A location call request is transmitted to a portable terminal of a receiver through a location video server if a portable phone of an originator requests a location call, a location call server requests the location information of the originator to a LBSP(Location Based Service Platform)(420) if a video call is connected. The location call server converts the location information of the originator into a video image. The location call server transmits the video image to a portable terminal of a receiver in real time. |
