<p>PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to obtain the superior coating film, patterns, and colored filters by including typical metal compounds with carbon. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, a resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a solvent, and a typical metal compound. The coloring agent include pigment. The typical metal compound includes carbon. The typical metal compound includes one selected from a group including magnesium, aluminum, calcium, zinc, gallium, rubidium, strontium, indium, cesium, and barium, one selected from a group including -C(=O)- and -C(=S)-, or one selected from a group including compounds represented by chemical formula F1 and F2, the compound of the same, and the hydrate of the same. The maximum value of the molar light absorbing coefficient of the typical metal in a visible range is smaller than that of the pigment in the visible range.</p> |
