PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient stock capable of floating or sinking the stock safely. SOLUTION: This stock 2 comprises a pair of long cylindrical floats 4, 5 provided on both of right and left sides of a loading frame 3 and having an opening; an engine 7 for pressure-feeding an exhaust gas to the floats 4, 5 via an electromagnetic on-off valve 13 for introducing the exhaust gas; an exhaust air venting pipe 8 for communicating the floats 4, 5 with the outside and discharging the inner exhaust gas to the outside via an air venting electromagnetic on-off valve 9; and an operation panel 20 electrically connected to the electromagnetic on-off valve 13 for introducing the exhaust gas, the engine 7 and the air venting electromagnetic on-off valve 9 and actuating them. A remote control device for remote-controlling the operation panel 20 from the outside is provided to the stock 2, and the remote control device comprises a receiver 23 installed to the operation panel 20, receiving signals from the outside, and actuating the operation panel 20 based on the signals, and a transmitter 24 transmitting the signals to the receiver 23 from the outside.
