PURPOSE: A method and system to charge vehicle in a public place is provided to implement smooth application of a electron vehicle by charging the vehicle through a battery. CONSTITUTION: In a method and system to charge vehicle in a public place, an electric charge carrier(300) comprises a battery(360). The electric charge carrier has an outlet-plug(370) which is extended from the battery. A charging apparatus(200) includes a plurality of outlets(201), a card reader(211), and an input/output device(280). An administrator server(100) has a database. The database confirms the ID of an operator card and payment approval. A manager systems administration unit(190) manages the administrator server. The ID of the card and basic information are transmitted through the administrator server and a wire/wireless communication network.
