<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus 1 for the temporary storage and display of cold or hot goods in a sales area. The apparatus 1 comprises structural components 2.1-2.5 incorporating an insulating material 3 which together form and shape a storage space 4 for the goods; a cold or hot body 5 for temporarily cooling or heating the storage space and the goods; and a cover 6 that can be closed and opened, in order to retain the cold or heat and to provide access to the goods.
