PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a terminal even if a terminal user forgets a own password and to prevent the illegal use of the terminal based on the use of the password by a third person. SOLUTION: A password request mail including ID of a client terminal 1 is transmitted to a management server 2 based on the prescribed operation of the portable terminal 4 of the user. When the management server 2 receives the password request mail, it generates the password, stores the password in a storage part in accordance with ID, returns a password information mail including the generated password to the portable terminal 4 based on the mail address which is previously stored in the storage part in accordance with ID and causes the user to obtain the password. The user can use the client terminal based on the matching of the obtained password inputted when the client terminal of the user logs in and the password of the storage part. |
