PURPOSE: A scalp management device is provided to improve simplicity of the chemical scalp administration and the simplicity of the physical scalp administration. CONSTITUTION: A scalp management device comprises: a housing; a vibration wire(120) which is projected from the outer surface of the housing and is formed in a wire shape; a user sensing plate(130) which is installed in the outer surface of the housing and in which the surface is made of electrically conductive material; a vibrator(140) vibrating the vibration wire using a vibrating motor; a drive current generator(160) generating driving current driving the vibrating motor; and a scalp administration agent pumping unit pumping the scalp administration agent into a penetration hole of the vibration wire.
