The invention relates to equipment of continuous action for realization of process of defecation in sugar-beet production. The defacation tank of continuous action for sugar industry consists of cylindrical body, cone bottom and upper cover. The arm mixer is installed inside on the arbor, and conterblades are located on the inner surface of the body, at that supply of juice and lime milk is realized through the pipe to the cone part of the bottom, and bleeding of processed juice is realized in the superior part of cylindrical body through the nipple. Stationary screw blades are located in the pipe for supply of juice in such a manner, that every next blade has opposite direction of screws towards the previous, from above the pipe has one tangential socket for supply of predefecated juice and one socket on centre for supply of lime milk. From below the pipe of mixer enters the cone part of defecator tangentially into distributor plate with the open inferior part. The technical result consists in ability of spending of lime milk for clarification of sugar solution from nonsucrose at the expense of effective mixing of juice and activated lime, delivered to the defecator. |
