First and second current sources and third, sixth, eighth and eleventh, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth transistors are set DC mode for circuit stages. First, fourth, second, fifth, seventh, twentieth transistors form a bias current compensation circuit. Positive and negative distribution buses set the corresponding level of power circuit voltage. |
